BRILLIANT! GREAT QUALITY!I have used the 'vet bedding' product before but NOT this brand. CANNOT stress enough the wonderful quality, deep pile, well compacted so keeps shape and does not flatten. Good stong base fabric.What I would say though is....... wash before use.....for no reason other than makes the mat base softer/easier to handle.I purchased 3 100x75 white mats on a special deal......having checked out the usual 'Pets at Home' etc., I DEFINATELY made the right decision regards quality and VALUE for MONEY!!Sadly.....just a few weeks after making this purchase I was 'rammed' by a car who failed to stop coming out of a side road and lost my 15yr old dog 4 days later!! However, the mats remain invaluable to myself.....on cold nights I sleep on one and have another in an armchair and one on my drivers seat!!!So at least not all is lost!! GREAT PRODUCT ....very useful in other ways too!

I was surprised how big it was so was able to cut into four good sizes, pups weren't that keen on it to begin with and avoided it, but after few days they are now happy. Saying that mum still prefers the blanket when feeding the 2 week old pups. So far it does what it says by staying dry on top, this item was recommended to me by someone who had used it for their pups and I had read reviews. I haven't washed it yet so can't comment.

So glad I bought this! You won't be disappointed! Our new Miniature Schnauzer puppy loves to lie on this soft, warm and comfortable bedding both in his crate and on the kitchen floor. I'm really pleased how it washes and dries so quickly too. I have washed it on various temperatures, up to 60 degrees so far. It also seems to be resistent to chewing which is another plus point. Use a good pair of sharp scissors to cut it to the required size and then pull of any loose fibres before use. It doesn't fray or shed any fibres once cut. I would definitely purchase this product again as it is such fantastic value!

This has so far been great, whilst our dog has been in his cage he sits happily on this and even though he chews at it he only gets little bits of fluff. This mat has lasted longer than any other bed he's had. The only thing I would say is I wish it was a bit thicker but our whippet doesn't seem to mind.

I had to move 4 cats by car from Switzerland to Ireland recently by road and ferry. I lined their crates with vet bedding and cut out 2 spares for each crate (4 crates).They spent 36 hours in their crates and I changed the bedding twice en route. The pads became a little heavier when urine had been absorbed but never became wet. The cats were totally dry when we arrived at our destination.I was really impressed by this product and would recommend them to anyone contemplating a long journey with small animals.

I recommend this bedding for all dogs, fab for puppies and great for older dogs too. I ordered this to replace an old piece of vet bed that although still great, had lost it's whiteness. I put this at the end of my bed for my elderly westie to sleep on and he loves it. We also have some in the puppy crate for our puppy. It lasts forever, is easily washed and tumbled dried. A very good product, warm, soft and comfortable. Also great for cats :)

Good quality material used in this item. If your little bundle of fur likes to pull the hair off toys and tennis balls, it might be a good idea to cover this, otherwise he / she will have a field day with the edges of this.

This has been great for crate training my Labrador puppy. She is much better now, but when she did wet herself it drained straight though the vet bedding and kept her dry and warm. I bought 3 so they can be washed and dried easily which at this price was affordable. The vet bedding has been through the wash many times, it is a little less fluffy but is still thick and warm for her to sleep on. Well worth it!
