My husband has an Oticon hearing instrument (apparently that's what they should be called nowadays) that uses these filters.They are exactly the same as those supplied with the device - the ProWax are shown on the left, the Oticon supplied on the right of the comparison picture. They fit in exactly the same way and do the job just as well as the Oticon originals. My husband is very pleased with them. NOTE - There are six filters per box (3 pairs) so a total of 24 filters or 12 pairs, not the 32 pcs as stated in the listing.At £14.59 for four packs (as at 16 January 2024) I think these are really good value. Would recommend.

I didn't appreciate the tiny ProWax filters until I hadn't changed mine for a while, as they became blocked. As far as I can tell, these are the same as the ProWax filters that came with my Oticon Real hearing aids. There is a plastic applicator that has two tiny projections. One is to remove one existing ProWax filter, and the second inserts the new filter. That is one applicator for one hearing aid. How often they are changed depends on the amount of wax in your ear. I change my filters every four weeks.
