Useless.
The pictures in the book are black-and-white screenshots and are difficult to see. The text of the book is printed so light that it is almost unreadable. The content might be fine but I am not willing to damage my eyesight to find out. Getting a refund.

I have to strain my eyes to read it......and its only black and white.
