THE TURN ON/OFF LEVER IS ON TOP -- ABOVE THE WATER EXITING. LEFT AND RIGHT HAND USERS DO NOT GET CAUGHT HAVING TO REACH ACROSS RUNNING WATER. THE SPRAYER IS A SIMPLE ONE FINGER TOUCH ON THE END OF THE KNOZZLE (NO NEED TO WRAP A HAND AROUND THE KNOZZLE. THE ENTIRE SYSTEM LOOKS GOOD, FUNCTIONS WELL, AND MEETS ALL APPEARANCE AND FUNCTIONAL DESIRES. THIS IS A WINNER.

We have replaced the flexible hose (spritzer) twice in the past 30 months. They have replaced the hose at no cost (big deal) but we had to pay the plumber to remove the old one and install the new (expensive). The manufacturer insists there is nothing wrong with their hoses (Technical Service Manager, Phil Heslep) and they haven't had a problem. They are sending a replacement again. Unfortunately only their own hose will fit the fixture. The city water is under 70 pounds of pressure. In the summer it is closer to 60 pounds. The fixture sells for over $700. It's a rip!
