I had submitted a review a few days ago about a recently purchased glass losing it's etching after a couple of washes in an auto dishwasher. Without me requesting a replacement glass, the company sent me one to my surprise. My wife was thrilled as it was a 60th birthday gift. I will hand wash going forward. By this review I want to thank and have all reading this reconsider if my earlier rating has caused someone to not purchase. I believe hand washing the product will solve future problems. Thank you again to the folks at this company reading the reviews.

It was perfect out of the package, but after first wash the etchings came off. It said it was dishwasher safe. Disappointed.

Impressive quality (had red tissue inside the glass so you could better see the etched message, which was a nice touch). I filled the box around it with bite-size chocolates. I should've kicked it up a notch by giving her a bottle of wine, LOL.Appreciated the quick delivery as well! I would order again from this company.

Gave as a birthday present for my mom; she loved it! It came in a nice box and had tissue paper in the glass so was very presentable as shipped. Time will tell how the writing holds up, but for the price, you can't beat the value!

Glass seems to be good quality however I ordered a 1959 but they shipped me a 1958. The box is clearly labeled 1958. Poor operating discipline at their warehouse results in me not being able to give this gift to my bother this weekend at his birthday party. Very disappointing.

Great price point but as an add on item had to wait till I needed something else. Came well packaged and etching was as described. Did not rate durability yet as it has not been used

I bought this gift for my mother-in-law, who was born in 1958, and she absolutely loved it! She uses it for all her beverages, has sent it through the dishwasher on numerous occasions and has not had any issues with it! The glass is thick, sturdy, and great for frequent use.

It’s okay, but not great. The one I received had very faint etching on it, so it’s not that clear.
