Like any other but aluminum-free. Cost is reasonable.
Flavor is like any other baking powder. Aluminum-free is the main feature. A little more costly but all special baking powders are.

Gets a rise every time...
Seems to do exactly what it is supposed to do. I like this better than the brand I can buy locally, because the opening on the can is bigger, and it makes it easier to level the baking power directly over the can.

Aluminum-Free is the way to go!
The usual baking powders available for many years (i.e., Clabber Girl) contain aluminum. Studies have shown a build up of Aluminum in your system can lead to Alzheimer's Disease. Was happy to find Whole Foods Aluminum-Free baking powder. Has worked well in recipes.
