Took off hard back piece. Still helps me to remember to keep stomach in, back straight and bend at the hips. Put on hard back piece for yard work.

Love the tension straps
Uncomfortable but what back brace isnt. Love the tension straps that you can cinch up to your desired support level. This type of tension cables are the best I have used

Best Back Support I've Ever Had!
Best darned back brace I've ever had! Fully adjustable, and the velcro tightening mechanism is pure genius! Plus, instant release for comfort while sitting down. Superior sacral support for an old, retired Air Force Flight Instrument Mechanic with a few compressed discs and kyphoscoliosis that resulted from a fall off an aircraft ladder when I was young and invincible!

This cost less and is as good if not better than the one a chiropractor put me in. I consider it better in that the mesh sides make it noticeably cooler to wear.
