So I like these cookie cutters. I was surprised by the good quality, actually. We used the middle size for Christmas cookies as the large was way too big for our cookies.Tip 1: you can use a smaller one to do a cut-out, then sandwich it with a larger cookie with jam in-between or frosting for a pretty, fun peek-a-boo look. My only complaint is that the edges of the branches were not more defined, because the delicate saw-tooth was not very bold.Tip 2: also use caution when removing as the top of the tree sometimes broke off when we were in a hurry. Place a finger or butter knife to separate the dough from the cutter before removing the cutter.
