I HIGHLY recommend this product -- it was delivered quickly, is well constructed, the metal is heavy, the stainless steel (brushed nickel) finish is flawless and the price is SO REASONABLE! I was matching it to an existing American Standard faucet and a Dyconn RO faucet so I was looking for a long time for the exactly right dispenser without having to spend a fortune. I finally found it! It installs easily (well, as easily as can be expected when you're laying inside a cabinet working around the tub of a sink!) and the primes extremely quickly. The pump is smooth and delivers the perfect amount of hand soap with just one pump -- and I did not have to thin the soap with water! The large soap container can be refilled from the top (woo-hoo!! no more crawling under the sink!) and holds alot of liquid soap.I am thrilled with this product!!

Where to start? We planned on having one for dish soap and one for hand soap, but we started out with just one to see if we liked it. So glad we were cautious...The escutcheon is nearly the same size as our standard 1.5" hole, which makes installation difficult and leads to water leaking into the installation hole under the sink since the gasket doesn't cover the hole completely. Soap leaks from the metal pump head near where the head meets the escutcheon, so soap build up is quickly visible on this unit. I fear that this leakage would lead to corrosion on the metal pump head, but we won't have this long enough to find it. Pumping is not smooth and I have to physically pull the head back up after each pump or else the head gets stuck in the pushed down position. This also doesn't work with an extension tube (used in place of the bottle so that you don't have to refill the soap constantly) because of the previously mentioned leakage; you end up with soap all over the place under your sink.We tried modifying the bottle in order to help with the leakage situation when using it with an extension tube, so we can't return this. Not something we have ever done before with disappointing purchases, but we're throwing this out and looking elsewhere.

The pump looks nice but it is difficult to pump out the soap and ends of leaking out around the rim and also under the sink. Tried diluting the soap to thin the solution and it still leaks out around the top rim of the pump. I am going to try to find a another product to replace it after using this one for 4 months.

delivery on time, looks amazing. great product. wish it was a bit taller and the arm longer just a bit. otherwise its great.

Exactly to look I wanted. When dispensing soap, it does not depress very far, which is fine, but it goes in at an angle. This leads me to believe that it is not going to last very long. Instead of using it at my kitchen sink as planned, I moved it to the less frequently used bar sink and got a different brand with the same design for the kitchen.
