We Went to Find a Woolly Mammoth

My daughter got this for her 7th birthday and absolutely loved it. She laughed out loud at it and said it was a really funny book. She loved all the animal facts too and the pictures are really bright and colourful, with lots of funny details. My daughter loved it so much, I have ordered more for family and friends' children too. Would highly recommend.

Excellent story, my son and I both had some laugh out loud moments and enjoyed learning about the ice age - giant sloths! Who knew?! Would recommend and look forward to further titles from this author

A wonderful colourful book full of great illustrations and a brilliant storyline around the hunt for a woolly mammoth. I enjoyed reading it to the grandchildren, what a fabulously fun way for them to learn about the animals in the ice-age. They absolutely loved it too, it definitely deserves 5 stars. I can't recommend this book highly enough, we will be reading it again and again together.

This is such a lovely bedtime read. Funny, educational, and guaranteed giggles from kids and adults alike! Beautifully illustrated too-my kids loved spotting all the details. A brilliant first book from this author, hope for many more to come.

Wonderful introduction to Ice Age animals. A clever mix of story and facts, easily read and then related to current-day animals. The children loved the characters and way it had illustrated. Great gift to share with primary age children!
