Super cute and it lights up, But definitely runs on the small side... Says It fits up to a 40 inch waist but I'm a 32 and it just barely fits

Broke before even really being used
Bought this ahead of time for a festival this month to go to. Tried it out at home for a couple seconds after getting it, and then it sat for a minute until it was time to go.. and it didnt work after we got there. we tried different batteries, that were working in other things and that didnt help. it just makes a weird high pitch hiss for a second then stops and nothing happens. was kind of upset because I was super excited to use it, and then also had nothing for my cash or phone. but luckily someone thought ahead of time and brought the one I got at walmart. really bummed, and outside of being able to return it. Also, if you are bigger than a size 14, just stick to walmart. cause these will not fit you.
