I own several momcozy products that I absolutely adore so when I saw this I wanted to give it a try. I've been having issues with clogged milk ducks and my regular hot/cold compress wasn't cutting it.First, I like how it shapes to the breast and I think it would work well for most sizes. It's nice you can use it for hot and cold so I keep one in the freezer and one at room temperature at all times. I appreciate how the color is to change to a milky white when it's heated throughly so there's no guessing when it should be done. It comes with one sleeve to use with it which is especially nice so whether frozen or hot it isn't directly on the skin.Now onto my experience with the hot compress side of things. One flaw I found was no where on the packaging does it state to boil the compress it only says "using hot water". So I gave it a go with boiling water and it worked just fine with no damage. It wasn't until later when I referred back to the Amazon listing they added further instructions saying boiling water 100°.I added just when the water started to bubble and cut off the burner. It says to keep in the water no longer than 15 minutes but it was already nearly all milky white just after 2 minutes and then I left in an additional 10 seconds as stated. I took it out and laid it down at room temp with no drafts just to see how long it would stay warm. After about 15 minutes it started turning red again and was luke warm at 18 minutes. I think this is great considering 10-15min hot or cold is the usual required time for a compress application.Overall, I'm very excited to have these on hand when I have any discomfort in the future!

These are perfect during pregnancy! I have very tender breasts and heat is the only thing helping with the discomfort. These are large enough to cover my breast and fit great in my bra. They’re not very thick so there no extra bulk. They are easy to heat up and retains heat for a good amount of time. I’m sure these are going to be my go to postpartum for cold compresses. I will be getting another set for a back up! The only con is they only provide 1 cover which I think 2 would be better if you are going to be freezing them.

My favorite part about this kit is the massager, that is what sets this kit apart from the other kits I have used. I use the massager often, it helps get out any lumps. The heating feature on the massager is nice as well. The therapy packs and nursing pads are nice to have on hand as well. SO happy with this kit, I would recommend it to any breast feeding mamas.

I got these for my daughter in law who is expecting her first child soon. Having experienced engorgement and mastitis myself, having these on hand is a must. I love that the color changes to let you know when they are the right temperature and that they can be used for both hot and cold compresses. I highly recommend these for any mom who plans to breastfeed.

It doesn’t have much in the instructions so I’m not sure if I’m using them completely right. If I am, there’s no need to microwave them which is convenient. They don’t heat up to the level that I like that, but assuming I’m using them right you put them on your breast and let them heat up. It’s nice, but again not at the level I’d like. I probably won’t buy it again but this is great for those who are on the go but get clogged ducts or mastitis often.

My wife needed lactation stimulation and was suggested to use warm moist wash clothes etc to stimulate blood flow. These pads are just perfect for this purpose. Not wet mess, they keep the heat properly, and they are very easy to put into a bra. Instead of sitting around on the couch, holding a warm, damp cloth to her chest, she was mobile and uninhibited, and the heat lasted at least for 10-15 minutes, which was plenty of the time that was recommended to her. She loves the large area that is covered, which is exactly where the milk glands are concentrated.

Very sad that I didn’t even get to use this heating pad. It’s owned the box to the gel pads busted open.
