2nd stage leaks on 2 units sent to me
Ordered and the top of the 2nd stage was cracked and leaking. Got replacement and no cracks but it was leaking. Tried sealing with silicone and didn't work. Pulled the top cap leaking on 2nd stage and silicone and put a flat cover piece of aluminum over it and finally stopped leaking.

Works exactly as expected
Had a small issue with the pressure release valve that just needed to work itself out and it's functioned perfectly since then.
