Work fast and seem to be accurate
I work for a wastewater facility that has just started a composting project and we have online digital temperature probes and we bought these as a side by side after some of the digital probes were having problems. These probes read fast and have been nice to move around the compost pile to check to make sure the temps are consistent throughout. I bought the handle/guard, totally worth the extra money
