STK EN-EL15 Charger for Nikon D7100, D750, D7000, D7200, D810, D610, D800, D600, D800e, D810a, D500, 1 v1 Cameras, MH-25

Lost the adaptor to my Nikon charger, it allowed the charger to plug directly into the outlet without the long cord. Not liking the Nikon's long bulky cord, I bought this as a replacement. It's nice and compact and plugs in with no adaptor, nothing for me to lose. Used the charger once so far; it did its job well, fully charged the battery in a little over 2 hours, and clearly indicated the full charge. I'm happy with the performance and high quality for low cost. Will be great for traveling.

I purchased this charger for use while traveling to replace the less compact version that came with my Nikon D7000. The charger is well made and works perfectly. I haven't used the product long but I have used the same brand charger for my olympus tough batteries for over a year and have been very pleased with the results.Pros: No more long cords, compact, comes with 12v adapter.

I bought two of these to recharge the batteries on my Nikon D800 (with the vertical grip/battery pack), and have thus far used them once and they seem to work fine. One review (I think) said they don't have a light to tell you when the battery is charged, but that is not the case with mine.I dropped one of them about 20" onto a carpet after pulling it out of a wall plug, and in separated into two pieces. I put them back together and they seem fine. They are wonderfully compact, and I like the fact that the prongs that go into the wall outlet fold out of the way for storage. Keeps them from being bent and from damaging other items in my camera bag.Price was incredibly good. I can't address durability, but first impressions are very positive.

I tested this charger along with Nikon's original MH-25 charger. The age and condition of the EN-EL15 batteries in them were quite similar, both of which I had previously depleted on my D800 by repeatedly outputting the same video to my TV via HDMI prior to my testing.The reason why I gave 2 stars (I'd have preferred to give 2,5 stars) is because this product fully charged the battery not slighty, but substantially (precisely 1 hour 45 minutes), slower than Nikon's MH-25, which fully charged in 2 hours, faster than its specifications. In other words this charger takes almost twice as much time to charge compared to the Nikon’s charger. In my standards mis-representation of specifications justifies deduction of at least 2 stars. I deduct another star because there is a piece that slides into the charger (which, as far as I remember, already comes mounted on the charger), and when I took it off from the charger, I could see an exposed red cable, and the charger was a tad overheated and I could sense typical odor due to overheating. I should note the battery, hoowever, was not overheated despite 3 hours 45 minutes charge. (As a side note, I don’t know why the charger was not manufactured as single piece in the first place, but this is how it is. Perhaps it is -or in the future it will be- possible to buy pieces shaped different that can be used with the very same charger so that the charge can accomodate multiple batteries) Last, the battery does not look like as secured as MH-25 when mounted on the charger.However this product has 3 distinct advantages over Nikon's:1) The charger is more compact that Nikon. Besides you can retreat the plug pins completely into the case, making it even more compact. This also prevents possible scratches in your camera bag. (as a side note, it is possible to remove the piece that has the pins on it off the MH-25, but then you can lose that piece).2) It comes with car charger adapter.3) Thereby it offers more function than the MH-25 for much better price.All in all, I'd buy this product over Nikon's for the better price, and especially if I am going to use it in my car and/or I don’t require fast charging.

This charger was a very good purchase. While it is quite a bit slower to charge the battery than the Nikon charger that came with my camera, the price is much more reasonable, so I have no regrets on the purchase. Another reviewer indicated a problem with small tabs on their device, and the picture that is displaying while I write this review also shows tabs, but the unit I purchased did not have any tabs on it. A similar charger I purchased from SterlingTek several years ago for a different camera is still going strong, so I expect this charger will as well. I have also purchased camera batteries from this company and they have performed as well or better than their branded counterparts.

My charger broke when I was on vacation, so I ordered one of these and paid $12 extra for the promise to get it in two days. They didn't even start the shipping until four days later, with delivery then promised after I had left the place where I was staying. the promise that I would get it Friday was changed to the following Wednesday. A total loss of $27, and no charger when needed.

Bought this to charge the battery in my Nikon 1 V1 camera. Worked flawlessly and the completely dead battery was fully charged in just a couple hours. I've had no issues with it at all.I don't remember reading it in the description, but this also includes a 12v adapter for charging in the car. Not sure I'll ever need it, but great to have if I do!

Simply put, the device works as stated. I was able to fully charge my Nikon batteries without any issues. This device was purchased with some generic EN-EL15 batteries, the batteries are no good, basically a waste of money
