I would have left a 5 star rating, but as I was installing one of the screen protectors, I noticed a small (1/4”) crack in the glass surface. I very gently and slowly lifted the edge of the glass and it broke. I’m sure the original flaw weakened the structure. I had no trouble at all installing the second protector and even had to recenter it by lifting it- it did not break or even seem like it was close to breaking. The product itself functions beautifully with no reduction in touch sensitivity. My only disappointment is with the fact that only one of the two screen protectors I purchased is useable. I would also like to note that the instructions inside the package are virtually incomprehensible, so if you have never installed one of these screen protectors before, you should probably ask someone with experience to do it for you or find other instructions elsewhere (I have included a photo of the instructions inside the package).

I love these screen protectors but I was only sent one screen protector when a 2-pack was advertised:( it's sent me two of everything except the actual screen. Installation went great super easy instructions but I've done this a billion times so could just be I got the hang of it. Only problem is my 'wet wipe' was dry, but I've done it without wipes before. All you really need is the guide stickers and dust absorber sticker. Just really bummed about only getting one.UPDATE:About a week after my review I was sent a whole new package with TWO new screens. I did not even have to call or email customer service I just wrote a review. Great to see they read them so they can improve. 5 stars fully satisfied, great job guys.

It doesn’t exactly stick to the phone. I’ve cleaned my phone thoroughly (wet/dry wipe was included although both were dry), and followed the 4 step vague instruction and yet it bubbles on the sides like it’s not completely stuck to the phone. I’ll give it a few days, but I don’t recommend it for iPhone 7.Also, got one screen protector instead of two although a pack of 2 was advertised. It’s still bubbled and it’s been almost a week later. I don’t recommend it at all!

I just received the screen saver and put it on my phone. I’m not sure yet how it willl hold up but if the wipes and sticky aids sent in the package are any indication of the screen quality I expect it won’t last long. The wet wipe to clean the clean the screen was almost completely dry and left a film in the screen. The dry was useless and left fuzz. The sticky thing to get the fuzz off the screen didn’t want to come off the paper. It pulled up a layer of paper. When I finally got it and the guides ready to use, the guides kept coming off the screen and it would plop down before I was ready to place it. Needless to say I’m not impressed. I already knew the process for putting the screen saver in but if I hadn’t the broken English and misused words in the directions were not helpful. That is after I got out the magnifying glass to read them. I do not recommend this product.

I had product about 3 months when first top corner started separating creating a bubble. Through use the corner began to slightly crack over that bubble on the screen protector. Screen is still good but slowly the protector starts chipping away where it is cracked and becomes more and more missing making my original screen more vulnerable. After 6 months the other top corner began to bubble but hasn't cracked yet. They post lifetime guarantee but can't find how to contact them on Amazon to get replacement.

dont buy this, you will only get one in the package even though you paid for two and the packaging will be so bad that the one you got will most likely crack

for my cellphone i like it & second time i bought this item.

I ordered 2 packs of the same product and one pack fit and the other didn’t I’m sad about this
