I was very disappointed with delivery taking several extra days because UPS driver wasn't smart enough to buzz my apartment. Spent two days going back and forth trying to just pick it up then upon finally getting it there was no charger for the batteries😓😓😓. My friend has one so he let me borrow his just to try it out.Hands down the best tool on the market. I am going to contact the company to see if there's a different way to purchase and have delivered since it seemed very odd that my package was open then partially sealed again and only the charger missing. Seems unlike a company problem.My friends yard looks amazing after being a jungle the last 3 yrs.This tool cuts everything from tree limbs to grass and has many different attachments. I was very disappointed to have to send it back but Amazon claimed there was no way to contact seller to just get charger. Seemed odd but that's why I'm contacting the seller myself.Can't say enough about this product. Truly amazing. And batteries actually do go the entire 2 hours or more.Will purchase again from the company directly.Excellent quality, excellent attachments, excellent product for any yard. A MUST HAVE TOOL FOR YARDS OF ALL SIZES AND ISSUES. Very lightweight, very easy to use. If I could I give this 50 stars. Very impressive tool at an excellent price. Better than more expensive and gas models. Environmentally friendly.Everyone should own one or more of these amazing tools. 4-1/2 Stars I was hoping for decent, a got really good. I used this in Nevada to cut tumbleweed growth, (saw blade). Tumbleweed is nasty, thick, spiky and really tough when green. Most of what I was cutting was between 1/4 and 1/2 inch in diameter, some a little smaller, some bigger. I had to work it on some of the thicker parts, as it would lock up like when you twist a skill saw. But considering the thickness I think it did great. I worked for about 1-1/2 hours on each battery (stopping and raking away and cutting again) so I am not saying the battery will last that long going all out, but it was a good amount of time in the morning heat. I have only used the saw blade, so far, but based on that I think the whips or even the other blades will work fine on grass and lawn weeds. I do not have grass, only weeds and rock. I did try the skids and though they seemed to do okay on the easy stuff, it was just a tangle point for the thick brush I was dealing with. Using them as a lawn mower type setup seems to very possible for cutting grass and normal weeds. I have seen a few comments about the handle breaking, but after three days (about 5-6 hours) of heavy usage, sometimes swinging it like a scythe, I had no issues. So I am very happy with the purchase because of this. Now for the not so happy stuff:Though the battery life is great the charging time is horrible. It takes 6+ hours to charge a battery. Not a big deal if you only need one or two batteries to finish your work, but do not expect to charge one while using the other. (this is based on waiting for the charge light to turn green to indicate a full charge)That said, even knowing this I would purchase it again as it was only because I had a big clean-up to do that I wanted them to charge quickly. (Also they do not seem to charge in 100f heat, so charge them inside).The only other item that i would prefer is if you could buy the saw blades (or any/all of the cutters) separately instead of in mixed bundles. On to a suggestion:As with any device that spins and vibrates, check all of your screws before each use. Use Loctite (I like the purple for screws that have to go in and out) just do NOT use the red. Sadly with everything being plastic now days we have screws instead of bolts and nuts, so you have to watch for the plastic stripping out.

I bought a couple of other wee-eaters and although I'm looking for something on a budget I'm still wanting something to just cut grass in areas that are hard to reach and maybe some brush too, if I can find something reliable. This has been like my 3rd weed eater and I think this is the best so far. I love that it comes with 2 chargeable batteries. When operating the handle of the weed eater will actually show you how much battery is left. It feels really easy to use and it kinda looks like I'm vacuuming my lawn as it rides on the rails and is really smooth when I attach the metal blades which I found work best for me.It can get clogged if you use it in high grass but it will get the job done. Several times I would just detach the battery and pull out the weeds or long grass collected and put the battery back in and start again. I've been pretty rough with it and it's held up really well and worth the price, just as good as name brands but a much price
