GreyMobiles FOUR Controller Charger Dock Stand & 4x Rechargeable Battery Pack For Nintendo Wii Remote (BLACK EDITION)

I had high hopes for this charger dock but found it far too fiddly to use. It is fine if you never have a silicon case on your controller or the strap. If you have either then they need to be removed before charging.The batteries that go in the back of your charger are very difficult to insert and almost impossible to get off when you realise you'd rather just go back to simple batteries.I would have liked a stand where I could charge the battery element without the rest of the controller, this isn't possible. The charge only works if the controller is sat exactly where it needs to be.Despite being fully charged the power in the battery pack discharged itself incredibly quickly, after only a couple of hours play the battery was practically flat, whereas AA batteries showed barely any use over the same period of play.Unfortunately the packaging has been recycled so I don't expect a return will be feasible, making this an expensive learning curve.

Bought these and they are absolutely rubbish unfortunately. We managed to get 2 working docks and 2 working battery packs, but the connection is awful, the battery packs are a complete pain to remove (you feel as though you're going to snap it in half trying to get it off the back of a remote).If you do manage to get any/some of it working, they do seem to last a decent amount of time before they need recharging - then you have to wiggle them around until they manage to find a connection..We got a refund. I would rather spend more on something that works as you expect it to.

This arrived on time, but the product is absolutely awful. Having put the Wii remotes into the cradles, I had to wiggle them around until the lights came on and I thought this was bearable. However, it was only a matter of minutes before the lights started to go out and my USB power supply showed no power going through to the stand. After this, I could not get the remotes to 'hold a charge' and the lights would flash and then go out.This was a complete waste of time and money. If it was worth sending the item back for a refund, then I would do it. However, I would probably have to pay postage and it is just not worth it. I shall consider this a lesson learned.I have now purchased rechargeable batteries and a charger. Far more expensive but far better in the long run. This product was awful, I do not recommend that anyone else thinks about purchasing these. I previously had a 'GameExpert' docking station for the Wii console and remotes. That was well worth the money but the battery packs have probably reached 'End Of Life'. I wish I could just get replacement battery packs for that......

In theory, this is a very cool piece of kit; never have to worry about replacing batteries, remotes all kept in the same place, looks good on the tv stand but I'm not sure the actual battery life is a good as it could be. Having said that, if I'm on it for long enough that the rechargeable battery has started to run out, perhaps that's an indication that I have been on it for too long! Also, it seems to take ages for the red charging light to change to blue even if it has just been moved and not used. Still pleased with it though and I wanted a dock to hold a remote for each person in the family and it's ideal for that.

Great device for the Wii console to charge four controllers at once. I got this device as the cost of battery were crippling, so to have four controllers that were rechargeable was a great investment. On the down side you can not charge the controllers with the straps on and the covers but understandable because of the design , they do charge great without the controller straps, the only thing letting it down is there is no power cord but a USB cable to plug into another device that has to be on to charge the controllers, otherwise a great device with a great price to match.

Love love love this product! For the price it is an absolute bargain! I also had a slight problem and the customer service team were very helpful. If you have 3 or 4 wii remotes, I would definitely recommend this product, it will save you so much money in batteries!

Poor quality - i bought this to replace another one i bought that i thought was bad quality, but realized after seeing this that the first one was much batter than this.The problem - when you put more than one controller in, the red charging indicator led lights flicker on and off, and its very hard to get all of them on at the same time by slightly adjusting the positioning of the controller. Really Annoying.

Bit disappointed in that the fourth charger never charges properly. It lasts about 5 mins. You have to wiggle the controllers carefully to ensure they all connect with the docking station. Since I don't want the boys to play too long, I'm not too bothered!
