Excellent addition to bathroom

These are a classy design, but unfortunately without a build quality to match. There’s a review here from 2013 that talks about how one broke after three years, making these cost £20 /year.Sadly our two have been even worse - one broke after a year, the other after just over two years, both failing for the same reason as the 2013 review here. That’s to say, a failure inside the handle which means the brush stem then slides into the handle and it can no longer be used.There seems to be a generic design fault here that hasn’t been rectified in years, which speaks poorly of this well-known brand.Ours have been subject to perfectly normal use and no abuse. I’d like to replace them like-for-like, but I no longer trust this model to last as it should. At up to £60/year for a loo brush, that is way too much.

I first purchased one of these 3 yrs ago and the quality is first class, it hasn’t discoloured looks as good today as it did when bought. I have bought another two to replace ones that have not stood the test of time. Highly recommend this product.

Didn't think a toilet brush could be such a thing of beauty - crazy money, but worth every penny

Very stylish, well made and should the bristle fixings rust, it should not show as the brush head is black. The rust problem occurs with many white brush heads, and as a result it looks revolting!

It's a toilet brush but a really classy toilet brush even though a little expensive but looks great in out wet room, a loo we don't use that often so the brush wasn't 'overworked'.However after 3 years the handle joint broke which meant the brush slide into the handle making a very short wobbly brush. It was replaced in 2017 without any fuss just sent a photo. In 2019 the replacement failed but again replaced within 3 days without any problems. They gave the explanation that there was a faulty batch but this issue has now been rectified.I cannot fault the service I received, if this brush is comparable it will be all worthwhile.
