CatEye SP-14 Rear Band Mount-534-2450 Lights and Reflectors, Cycling

Bought to replace a lost back bracket from my "Cateye Volt 200 XC/Rapid Mini Light" set. Does the job, fits my hybrid bike seat tube fine, stays attached in rough roads (cobblestone) no problem so no complaints here.Whether pieces of rubber and plastic should cost €8 is another question.

Works exactly as advertised

Bought as replacement, perfectly good but for 5 stars I’d like the whole assembly to remain connected on removal.

Easy to fit does the job

The kit was useful as I had lost part of the original. I did the job as aspected. There is a design floor in my opinion as the triangle wedge which helps seat the bracket on the frame can easily come off and get misplaced. Should be fixed in place or have a clip to hold in.

Good quality product, came with all the Cateye packaging and instructions so I assume it's a genuine cateye product. The illustration on line shows just the Rubber band and the bracket but it also includes the Bracket rubber pad in the pack. I needed this to mount on my second bike and wanted a complete mount and I'm happy to say it was.

Was finally able to attach my fav rear light to my Brompton seat post. Rubber could be a bit thicker but replacements from other brands work well

Does what it's supposed to. Would buy again if necessary.

The product came with an updated band with a clip. Somewhat like a rubberized band and hook. This band failed after the second use. So I ended up zip tying it to the bike stem. The band just isn't sturdy enough. Good idea poorly implemented.
