My husband, with severe heart disease, sets this treadmill at a slow rate, increases his time on it very gradually. It doesn't seem like much exercise, but he tries to use it 3/day, and I notice his indurance walking is much better. You can't fix dead heart tissue, but you can increase oxygen in every part of your body with exercise. And this works. I also use it, increasing speed to a run; increasing time gradually. This machine is quiet at a run. This model is cushioned, easier on knee impact. That's good, but also accounts for its heavy weight. Glad we didn't have to return it for any reason! as don't know if we could have. Took 2 people to bring the box up a short set of steps into its place in the house. Assembly went well. And though it is supposed to fold and store under a bed, we don't bother as it will be heavy, requires some dissembly to do that, and is a general pia to bother. We don't use most of the settings or options on this machine, so can't rate those things. Indeed, we never figured out how to use them. At this point, it appears this machine will outlive us! and give us what we need to stay strong and capable.

I cannot wait that much time to write this review to let him know how glad and lucky for us to be his parent.After the order was confirmed we received it in a few days within a big flat box as long as one pallet and a half but not as wide as a pallet. Amazon delivered it quietly to my door and when I arrived home it was just there.They said it is more than 80 LBS but because of the size you better have a hand to help you or maybe a dolly will help you avoid hurt. The package was sealed well and a lot of foams inside to avoid damage I think. I have to use a scissor to cut off the tape and open the box. It is packed very well and foam and plastics. Remove all those materials I picked this pretty out of the box. It is a little bit heavy I really advise the other buyer to get some help to avoid accidental hurt.Although the installation is fairly straightforward and very simple you still need to read their detailed readme book to know where the small trick is to open it up. I opened the readme package and learned that all I have to do is to loosen two bolts on the left and right side of the machine and just lift the operational pad and then lock the screws back.PROS:1. Installation is simple and straightforward.2. The readme book is with a lot of details. They even tell me several preparation exercises before I stand on the belt.3. The attached RACHET is a beautiful design and it works well. There are notes on every attached part and it's a genius design.4. The main parts are already composed readily in the factory.5. Simple, works efficiently, you can put it anywhere you like, and you can do a lot of runnings slow or fast without having to join a paid club or membership.CONS:Please let me try a few weeks and I will come back.

This is a fantastic treadmill, recently purchased this treadmill, Smaller than the typical treadmills and very quiet.1. Delivery: when it arrived This product is well packed.2. Functionality: The attachable multifunctional desk allow my family to be able to watch iPad at the same time when walking/running.3. Adjustment: This treadmill is quite adjustable, making this suitable for my whole families. We can use it as a walking pad or a normal treadmill.4. Safety: This product has several designs to make it as stable as possible. And the noise is acceptable when someone is running, which make this a perfect suite for WFH.

My Mom has been having some serious medical problems, and so we bought this treadmill to hopefully help our family get into better shape without the risks of being outside. So far the treadmill was very easy to set up. We love how it comes with pulse monitor, cup holder, all the workout modes, and most importantly it's the perfect size for her!My dad and my husband are ever so slightly above the height limit, but my Mom is 5 foot which is more than enough space for them. The 285lb weight limit was also of importance to us in case my Dad wanted to use it for walking. We also had a bit of a space constraint which ended up also fitting exactly how we wanted it to.Other than that, so far the treadmill is really nice! Compared to others on the market this one stood out for it's features and the price. I don't think you will find such an affordable machine with this level of warranty and support. Would 100% recommend this to anybody looking for a no frills type of treadmill with a bit of features. Especially for those who are 5'4 and below!

This machine comes well packed and it's best to have two people move it. The installation process was not difficult at all, almost took no time. The desk was very practical and the whole thing is modern and stylish overall, but I would like to see a cutout for your water bottle. I'm liking it!

I’m 6 feet (183cm) tall. This treadmill’s track accommodates my walking stride very well. I’ve yet to try a light jog and longer stride though. The materials used in the treadmill seem very sturdy and solid; this is great.The ratchet with the Allen Key used to quickly raise the console and arms is built sturdy but the little switch to change the direction of the torque is useless; it barely holds the Allen Key in place and frequently falls out - see the included photo. This pretty much makes quick collapse/raising for storage or use not possible. I replaced it with a regular Allen Key but that’s slower going.The wheels are tiny and a little too small for when sliding the treadmill under a couch - the last 20 degrees are difficult to manoeuvre. The wheels are in front, by the motor, which is great because that’s where the weight is but good luck propping the collapsed unit against the wall as shown in the sales images, since the wheels are tiny and you need to rotate the heavy unit; I just prop mine with the underside showing instead.Otherwise, a great little treadmill that will serve me well, I expect.
