Im short and scared of heights so i hung these from the porch instead of the roof and i love them! Theres different modes that you can use with the remote, different brightness settings, timer, etc. They were a headache to untangle but are so beautiful and brighter than i expected for a charge on a cloudy day.

I love them. I never tried solar icicle lights. They have multiple settings. My favorite is the slow twinkle. They can be expanded at the connection point. I am pleased with the quality. Would buy again.

Lights work well and last through the night. Sufficient brightness. However, the remote is cheesy and doesn’t work. We mounted our solar panel high and can’t control it without remote.

The length of light cord, the brightness of the lights and the warm glow is exactly what i wanted. Works wonderfully. Even though the solar panel doesn't receive full sunlight until after 12pm, the lights remain on until 4 am starting around 5pm. Perfect.

I bought 2 a year ago and have never took it down. After 1 year it still works like new! Lights are not as bright as outlet powered lights, but thats totally fine. Worth the price.

I have been trying to find Lights like this again. Were you can unplug the charger, put it in the sun to charge and then later at night attach it to the lights again. Often during winter when there's not much sun or if you're lights are in a shady area, they won't charge your lights, but this way you can move that charger to get plenty of sun and recharge better than if left attached to the lights.I am going to keep looking for single strands that do this because it is such a benefit with solar lights. If they don't charge they don't work. I have spots where it works better. Just to put the charger detached and attached later, only takes seconds.I got a strand of white and a strand of blue. I leave mine up year round. I call them my happy lights. Normally I only have the single strand so this will be the first time. I will have liked this left up your around. They are cheerful and I think everybody enjoys them when they drive by. It's not just for 1 holiday.

The lights looked beautiful the first night they were up. We had some heavy fog the second night and 2 out of 6 strings will no longer light up. Very disappointed.UPDATE- After 2 days to dry out they started working again. Keeping fingers crossed they stay that way.
