We’ve tried lots of salt-free seasonings, and this one is by far the best! We use it on omelets, and it adds just the right amount of flavor.

I use this on everything as a replacement for salt. It goes nicely with vegetables and chicken.

This is the seasoning I probably use more than any other for a very wide variety of foods and dishes. For some reason I can no longer find this on the shelves of my local stores. I was very glad to find it on the internet and willing to order it that way.

I've used this since the late 70s. Key west fla. Sandwich shop called the Whale. Made delicious huge sandwiches. Vegetarian style. They'd ask u if you want spike? So thru the yrs I lost track of this wonderful spice. I mentioned it to my son. I couldn't even think of it's name. Somehow he Found it!!! I was so excited. Try it. It's subtle but fresh and it comes in a spicy version. Too. I hope they never stop making it. Salt free too.

Taste is something to get accustomed to after using the salted version for so long but it is a light subtle taste

I use this to season everything. I was looking for a great tasting seasoning without salt. I had used the regular Spike previously and preferred it to all other brands. When I found salt free Spike, I wasn’t sure it would measure up but it tastes the same! Love it!!!
