V&A Ceramic Travel Mug, Alice in Wonderland' Design, Fine Bone China, 19.5 x 15.5cm, Black & White

Beautifully stylish, this cup keeps me perfect company throughout the day.There were a lot of issues with the delivery. It took a long time to actually receive it, I had to order it twice. First order shipped after more than a month and the mug arrived in pieces. It is rather strange how they pack ceramics like its socks, no protection whatsoever. Had to go through the tedious return-refund process.The second order shipped within 2 weeks. I was stressing out if I'll have to go through the trouble of shipping back yet another cardboard box full of dust, but this time the mug arrived in one piece. I got lucky.The print is gorgeous and of good quality. The silicone is tight around the edge, no spillage. It's easy to fill and it fits my coffee maker holder in height and width. The mug holds heat for just right amount of time. Not sure what other customers are preparing their tea with (lava maybe?) but I can hold the cup easily after filling it with hot water.All in all, I am extremely happy with the mug, but the shipping method and lead time need serious improvement.

A lovely design, replaced all take away mugs & straws, the edge is not too thick so pleasant to drink tea straight from the mug with the double layer it does not get too hot to handle but keeps drink hotter or cooler for longer. Lovely mug, great in the garden on hot days, at work & collecting drinks from takeaways..I have found no after taste from the silicon lid which you find from other plastic lids. With Alice in Wonderland design I feel this is one, for us fans, of the classics...I recommend & love this mug.

I purchased this because, i am both a mad Alice in Wonderland fan, and someone who gets so absorbed in the task at hand, that my tea was often cold by the time i remembered it was there.This has done a fabulous job keeping my tea at a drinkable temperature for hours. It is heavy enough that it isn't easily tipped, and it has come clean every wash, without leaving of the tannin staining that sometimes occursPlus its been a wonderful conversation starter for those who pop by my desk during the day

Fan of all the Alice in Wonderland range, especially the long tea spoons. This mug is simple, does the job but with elegance and is a bit different. It’s not a thermos or insulated mug, just fine bone china with a rubber lid.

Mug arrived. No lid. Reported it to Amazon and was directed to the seller's website. Asked them to send me a lid . Not possible apparently, as far as customer services at Cook Serve Enjoy are concerned. The only remedy seems to be for me to repackage and return the mug to Amazon and wait for a replacement. Sigh! Computer it say "no". Really? I've owned this mug before, but it got broken. It is a lovely mug. I therefore I have a silicone lid from the old mug that I can use. I'm resourceful. I'm resilient. Which is just as well. Maybe you shouldn't buy this mug if you don't have a spare lid you can call upon. What would happen to this sad little lid-less mug if I sent it back? I just can't do it. Overall, a negative emotional experience. Not recommended.
