This product sucks. It doesn’t get deep enough into your ear. If you have really bad earwax in your ear, it just presses the earwax back into your ear even farther. It leaks out of the freaking cover that goes around your ear. Overall, the product just sucks.

I have never used a product like this and I have nothing to compare it to.I could feel a difference in the pulses and pressure. I didn't see anything come out of my ear. But maybe you're not really supposed to? I think it was good for loosening up the wax in my ears though.I tried to use one of those tweezers with a camera beforehand to get wax out of my ears and had a difficult time. After using this, it was much easier to get wax out of my ears.Having the rubber ear cover helps avoid a mess. Water didn't get anywhere but down the sink. The device is straight forward to use and super easy.For the price point I can't complain about anything. Although it didn't get wax out of my ears on its own, it did help.

I already have an endoscope ear cleaner. It works great, but I wanted to be able to rinse my ears in-between deep cleansing. This little device is perfect. The first thing I did was charge it and browse the user guide. I added some water and gave it a try. I didn't use the ear cup the first time, and water went everywhere. I suggest using the cup or using it in the shower where you can let it rain. Using it is pretty easy. I like that there are different tips and modes. This gives the user options to find what feels good to them. I wasn't expecting much from this thing. After using it, I had a bigger appreciation for it. My ear felt clean. It's hard to explain. Even when I use my wax tool, it feels clean. I still use Q tips, but not as often. I like this unit. I never get wax on ear pugs or my ear buds anymore.

Not going to lie the directions for how to use this ear wax cleaner make it very easy to use but it was uncomfortable. I am not sure how to describe what it is like to use but it did not hurt it just did not feel good. I have not used it since my first attempt with it because of the strange feeling.

Used in child mode and both me and my brother threw up.

This product is just ok. I was able to figure out how to use this really easily. I used it over my bathroom sink. The tube seems like it should neatly dispose of the water but it isn't fast enough for how much water comes back out. I had better luck with this device after softening my ear wax with debrox. It isn't quite powerful enough to be truly effective.

I like using Q-Tips, but as many people have pointed out (including the Q-Tip company themselves), they’re not meant to be used in your ear. It was just something everyone started doing and can actually lead to injury. Water flushers like this are supposed to be much safer and also more effective, so I was curious to see if this particular one would live up to the claims.And, it did! It was a little confusing to set up at first. Opening the box and having a bunch of accessories spill out (like a long tube, an ear shaped funnel, and a collapsible cup) was a little intimidating. The instructions were also a little confusing (they’re written in a little broken English) and the warnings that it may cause discomfort wasn’t very encouraging.I was able to figure it out and stuck it in my shower to try out. The unit is rated waterproof so I decided to use it in the shower to test out so it would’t make a mess. It’s actually a pretty clean device thanks to the aforementioned ear funnel and straw, so I wouldn’t mind using it over the sink or something. Using it was actually pretty pleasant - it didn’t hurt or anything, but water definitely gets stuck in my ear every time I use it so be prepared to hop up and down to dislodge it.The results were good as well. I used a q-tip after rinsing my ear out and there was no yellow wax anywhere. It’s actually pretty shocking to see, but this is proof that it’s doing its job well. The battery is pretty great too. I’ve only charged it once and used it every time I’ve showered for the past couple of weeks and I still haven’t had to recharge it.Overall, I like this product a lot. It works well and gets the job done. Having to dislodge water out of my ear every time is a little annoying, but it’s a small price to pay for a good product.
