Matching 16" throw pillow covers are available in my store. They are not included in this listing. This listing is for one, made by me, valance pictured above. It is not lined. It measures apx. 42" wide by 13" long. This includes a 1 1/2" rod pocket and 1" top header. This valance uses a regular 1" white rod. You could also use a small round white rod. The fabric is 100% cotton, but is not drapery weight. The weight of the fabric is about the same as a bed sheet. It can be washed on the gentle cycle and dried on low for ease of care. The rule of thumb is that you need 1 1/2 to 2 times your window opening. You many need more than one valance for your window. If you have any questions, please feel free to ask.
