Arrived broken
The metal arm mechanism that lifts the chaise arrived broken. I tried drilling screws back in but as soon as I lifted up the chaise they ripped back out. I have no idea how I’m supposed to return this…I wish I knew how to fix it for the hassle of returning.

Arrived broken.
It was easy to assemble, and the pullout function works well. However, the screws for one of the spring mechanism on the storage chair were completely snapped in half and busted off. We can’t reattach it cause the other half of the screws are still lodged in the couch. It is also pretty firm and feels like it isn’t going to last very long…. But I guess that is to be expected for the price 🤷🏼♀️🙁 I’d like to have the storage chair replaced… but have no clue how I would ship it back?!

Came broken and different color
-It came with some broken parts. And can’t use that open lid for storage space.-Color is a bit different from the picture online-Sofa seats are very hard. Like very firm mattress

Most uncomfortable piece of furniture I have ever owned you would be better off with a 100.00 futonOur solid oak kitchen chairs are softer there is no cushion in the couch

Great couch! Easy to put together!
I bought this for my kids living room and it is a good size for kids! It pulls out into a bed and has storage! Great for the price!

I was ordered grey color . I has received being color .
I did like the sofa , but received wrong color . I has ordered light grey color for matching with my room and floor , but I has received light beige color . 😒
