Edelweiss Creek3-Piece Short German Oktoberfest Dirndl Dress Set Black & Green

Love the design and thanks especially for the typed care instructions.

Dirndls tend to run a bit small anyway, so I ordered a size up. The bodice is very form fitting. I didn't use the apron because I didn't want to cover the pretty edelweiss embroidery. It's good for a fun costume. The zipper isn't the best, so I replaced that, so keep that in mind as well.

Great quality, fits a little snug but overall great product.

The dress is pretty but the manufacturer packaged a Small in a package labeled Size 14 (which should be a large). A small is size 4-6. I‘m returning and re-ordering; taking a chance that I will get a correctly packaged dress before my event 4 days from now.

I bought this dress for an Octoberfest I was going to. I was very pleased with the quality of the material.

This is nice. However, after hours of wearing it, the edelweiss shaped ribbon holders on the front came out from the stitching. I am glad I got pictures earlier in the day. I did wash these and hung them to dry, then wore them. I had no iron or steamer available to make it look pristine, but I definitely got a lot of compliments. The top has a more conservative bodice, and I liked that. I used a thing to push the girls up, and that’s how this look came off with a bang! In the future I might upgrade the apron.The cardigan in this I had already owned for several years.The pocket is nice.

Update: this held up for the festival and I also wore it to an Oktoberfest a few months later and it was so gorgeous! My boyfriend had said it was the prettiest dirndl at both places.Got this to replace a dirndl I have had for years but doesn’t fit anymore due to weight gain. Did my own measurements and since I was borderline on size I went with the larger one. It is pretty big but I would rather have it be too big than too small. Will wear it to Milwaukee German Fest so will update after that.
