Always need more greens in diet. I take these with lunch and dinner, sometimes breakfast if I remember to. Feels like less fatigued when I do this. Seems like good quality product.

This really helps with my digestion

Really happy with the quality and quantity of this product. I would mention, however, that the recommended 2 caps/day contain only some 1100mg of ingredients. The Double Wood product, which contains 180 capsules and advises a dose of 3 caps/day contains approx. 1500mg. This means that the 2 products are really providing the same quantity of vegetable/fruit mix per 3 capsules. One thing I would mention however, and another reviewer did, is that Carlyle adds Green Tea to theirs and Double Wood does not. I am not sure why they do this unless it is for the slight buzz people can get from Green Tea. It is neither a "green vegetable" not a "fruit". I tried to find a "Greens" superfood type product that came in capsules and was all Greens and no Fruit. Amazon does not seem to stock them. The only product I found in this category is Swanson's "Veggies4Life" available at their's and IHerb's websites.

I haven't noticed a different, so I have no idea if they work, but I thought the price was much more fair than their competitors.
