I had 2 issues with these sign frames that are leading me to return them. First - there is a big gap in the top of the frame where the sign would be inserted in the frame. Unfortunately, there is nothing covering it at all, so any paper signage inserted would be susceptible to weather, so not usable outside where we need it. Second, the slot for the sign is deeper than 11" as the name/headline of the item states, so letter sized paper slides down farther and leaves a gap between the sign and the top of the frame.
