Walking on ice is like walking on dry cement!
Ice is slippery, and loosing your balance and falling can break bones, especially as you get older!!! I stepped on a patch of ice while pushing snow and fell slowly on my buttocks! Ouch, nothing broken but I was bruised and sore for a couple of days. Warning lesson learned! I bought a pair of these cleats. Wow! What a difference! They are easy to put on over your shoes or boots. I went out to push snow from our sidewalk, knowing there were patches of ice, and zero slippage!! I pushed snow off my neighbors driveway (lots of ice) and again, no slippage!! Like walking on dry concrete!!! And when I was done….easy to take off!! These are great!! I will buy these again if ever needed!!! And I bought a pair for my wife!

Great Shoe Clamp-Ons!
These are really great clamp ons that fit perfectly over my tennis shoes! Love the solid toe fit and stretchable strap. Well made and strong metal clamps on the soles. I wear a 10-1/2 women's shoe and got the extra large.

They fit and work fine
I bought a cheaper set of crampons last year and the rubber strap broke on first use. These seem sturdy and fit me well. It took a couple tries to figure out jut how to put them on. They dig into the ice and packed snow very securely, I doubt it would be possible to slip and fall with these on. I've only used them once so it will take a while to see how long they will last, but I'm hoping for the best.

Easy to put on and work great in snow/ice.
I live in an area with lots of snow and ice in the winter. I have to walk my dogs and these work great! I haven't slipped or fallen since I started using them.

break on second wear
Bought these in October of 23 in anticipation of normal Wisconsin snowy winters. 2nd pair purchased- first pair toe area strap broke toward end of the season/Winter 22.Got another pair in October because as far as how they work- they work great- easy to put on boots, great cleats that grip, and ankle strap is awesome- they stay on!!Trouble is that we got no snow or ice until January, and did not need until well past return date. Wore 2 times when we got 16 " of snow- 2nd outing-literally stepped out the door to walk the dog and the toe area piece snapped in half. Now they flap about and are a fall hazard. Great premise, cheap and unreliable materials.I would like another pair of similar item- however I cant get my money back so will seek another brand

Sense of security
These ice cleats are designed to stay on well with the Velcro strap across the top of shoe. I wore them with my hiking boots while walking my dog on snow &ice over paved &unpaved roads, and hills. I felt very secure!not one slip. I am a size 10w, so I fall into the low end of size range, and occasionally the cleat under the toe section shifted slightly while walking on sloped surfaces, easy enough to adjust. I bought a pair for hubby and recommended to friends as we live In hilly snow country of South Dakota.

XXL actually fits mens size 10 Sorel SNOW boots
After three tries of products that claim to go up to size 14 insulated boots, but were too small, this one is a winner! It was tight getting it on, but it does go on, and hopefully will stay on. !. We will only need it for a couple of weeks in snow country next year, so wont be testing it until then.. but if they last two weeks , they will be a minimal investment, to protect against a fall. .
