Northern Shaolin Kung Fu (Fundamental & Form Book 1)

Good.

I like the contents of this book very much, but the formatting is absolutely terrible and it really should have been proofread professionally. I wish it had more references for the historical accounts. Other than that, it has very good photographs of techniques and covers fundamental stances and kicks, as well as a form and some applications. Would have given the content five stars, but the formatting was so terrible I had to take away a star.

My eleven year old loved this book and asked me to find vol. 2. Haven't had luck so far.
