"I bought this product last month and have been trying to register for the warranty through their website and the WhatsApp number they provided. Despite multiple attempts, I couldn’t reach their customer support—no one answers the calls. In short, this has been the worst customer experience I’ve had. My genuine suggestion: don’t buy this product.

Received sept 2024 manufactured battery which seems a little old as storage above 3 months is not recommended for any battery. Also the charge in battery was below 40 percentage when i received and my livguard smart sine inverter took almost 6 hours to fully change which I'm a little tensed about as usually batteries are charged in the factory itself,but i already mentioned its manufactured close to 1 year before. The price is on the lower side and the quality seems good from outside,i will update later on performance and backup.Also one thing the company's support whatsapp number Haven't responded to me for warranty registration. So i think there will be some hassles if we face any issue that requires a service from brand as they are not even replying to my messages
