Great for food prep for grilling. Can use one for raw meat and the other for cooked meat etc. Sturdy, good size and easy cleanup.

Got these for my outdoor kitchen. Perfect for transporting raw food outside on one tray and using the other one for after the food is cooked.

I was mostly just sick of my husband (our designated grillmaster) taking my nice plates for food prep, so I scooped these up. I had NO idea how much we really needed them.These platters are large and come in two different colors that are really easy for us to remember; red is raw, grey is grilled. That'll help prevent cross-contamination and confusion in our kitchen, which can sometimes be chaotic. When I was looking at the pictures I wasn't sure we would like the raised surface, but the pyramids aren't raised as high as they first appeared, just enough to allow juices to flow away from the meat as it rests. They also help prevent all the seasoning on your meat from being left behind on your platter. The melamine is strong and thick, I believe it'll hold up very well to regular use and washing but will certainly update my review if we find issues. Please note that they do say top rack only if you choose to dishwash them.Overall we are both really glad to have these and will probably be ordering another set for when we have big grill and smoker days. I highly recommend these.

Always handy to have some trays for a BBQ!Color coding them makes sense, and they're a nice shade of gray and red (pops).Texture / grip on the trays is pretty heavy. I was planning on double-dutying as regular serving trays and had some concerns. However, the texture gripped the bottom of my ceramic plates as good / better than my old flat serving trays.Had some concerns about cleaning but the texture was surprisingly not a pain to clean.Very sturdy, no flex.Overall, very happy and no complaints - 5/5

I was looking for an inexpensive, lightweight, sturdy tray to carry items between the backyard grill, patio, and kitchen. These will do the trick! One caution - they're "dishwasher safe" but "top rack only." I don't know about you, but these will not fit on the top rack. I'll be hand-washing them! (I probably would have, anyway - they're easy to clean. I won't be cooking ON them or needing to scrub off burnt-on food. They are made of melamine, which is perfectly food-safe if you do not heat it on a stove, oven, grill, or microwave with food on it.) I love the fact that they have raised bumps and edges to keep food from sitting in grease and juices from spilling over. Great for steaks and more straight off the grill.

These sturdy trays are great for meat prep. They fit a full rack of ribs and more. I enjoy the bright orange. They look nice enough to double as serving trays. They are lightweight but still sturdy. Fit in the dishwasher with no problem.

The melamine material is hard wearing and great for use outdoors. This product is an ideal accessory for BBQing, camping, picnicking etc. They are a good size, lightweight but still seem to be nice and durable. Given the price I think that they are reasonable value for money.
