Found this as a replacement for my Koomus and it works great in my CD player. This holds my iphone15 with no problems and comes off the magnet with no issues.

This will be my third magnetic phone holder for the car. This is my second CD phone holder. My first magnetic phone holder lasted for years, but it finally got to wobbly so I ordered two CD holder and the first one. The magnetics were not strong enough to hold my phone but this one is very nice sturdy and durable. Holds my phone very good without falling off. Would highly recommend.

This cd mount is the very thing I’m looking for, and I don’t need to block my vent now. The magnet is very strong. Inserts into the CD player easily. It holds my wireless 9 inch carpuride screen without difficulty. But, after a few weeks, the holder fell out of my CD player. I noticed the adhesive used on the 3 little pads was not holding them in place, and they were sliding off. NO FRET…….I just put a few dabs of krazy glue on each one. Held them firmly in place for a couple of minutes and let it set out for an hour before putting it back in. I wanted to be sure the glue was dry before reinserting the mount in my cd slot. I had no plans of krazy gluing the mount to my cd slot. Now, no more falling out.Also, I do like the wing nut used to adjust tightness. It is easily accessed. However, I found that I do occasionally give it an extra twist every few weeks just to secure tightness. But, I don’t really notice any movement…….even when going over bumps. Don’t over tighten it though, also, I inserted mines with the wing nut on the top or north end of the holder.They also send extra pads in case you have extra movement or play when you tighten it (aka your cd slot opening is a bit wider). As I stated earlier, I would suggest using some firm pressure to slide the pads off of the mount, , and putting some super glue or krazy glue on them. If you use the extra pads, I would suggest probably putting a few dabs of krazy glue on them too.They also send 3 magnets with the mount. So, I can mount my car screen, or my cell phone, or my wife can mount her cell phone to it.So, if you have an older car like me, and your CD player is bored and begging you for something to do, you are tired of your spouse complaining because your tablet or cell phone blocks the middle vent on their side, get this mount. You won’t regret it. I know I don’t.

Edit**Broke pretty quickly sadly even tho it was pretty amazing for the short lived time I used it. Maybe I just got lucky, but plastic part broke. Metal should be used for the entire thing. It'd last forever.First off I want to say that I was a bit skeptical of this product being able to do what I needed it to do. But I gave it a shotI'M GLAD I DID! It fit into the CD player like a glove on tiger woods hand, and locked into place with the minimal amount of effort.1. The quality - absolutely incredible. Very hard plastic and metal. Very very sturdy material. The product felt top notch. Best phone holder I ever felt or used.2. The use - I got this for my 10.5 inch tablet and it held without a single problem. My tablet does not bounce or move in the slightest and I can move my tablets angle around perfectly to how I want it. My biggest issue before was my previous mount was blocking my window view. This one sits where my radio is and now has become my new gps/radio. And since it's magnetic, I just remove it quick and painless to use my back up camera or take it inside.3. The magnets - although I did not use the magnets. I currently have 2 large magnets on the back of my tablet case already however I have received these exact same magnets from a previous purchase and they hold very well. The only thing I would suggest is some glue instead of the adhesive on the back because the magnets are stronger than the adhesive and in time they will pull off of the phone/tablet.I have no doubts this mount could have a 12 or even 14in tablet if I wanted. So for anyone with just a phone this is by far the best mount I have had if you have a CD player. Every other mount I have used has had to be super glued down and with summer heat, even that doesn't always hold. You'd regret buying anything else. It can block 2 vents if ur using a larger tablet and depending on how your vents are setup in ur vehicle. But you can close those vents in winter to prevent overheating and keep them open in summer to cool it down.

Stop destroying your air vents, this is the sturdiest, most stable, best magnet grip, easiest alignment and simple the BEST cellphone holder.The air vent clips and hooks are just a mistake, try this product, there is no going back after you try it.

It works but falls out of the CD slot because the lip part is too short. May work best with a smaller sized phone. I have a iPhone 12 Pro Max. When it gets warm, the adhesive would slide off from the larger lip piece. Though with the weather getting colder, the adhesive is okay so far. Works well when you don't touch your phone a lot. It would be awesome if the lip that goes in the slot is longer.

Bought this for my Pixel 6 Pro. The winters are brutal where I live and the typical kind that clamp around the sides and spring open at the press of the button freeze up in cold weather and eventually break. I was determined to get one with a magnet *and* CD mount. Plastic is pretty solid and the nut that locks it in place around the ball joint is solid without having to tighten it much unlike my old one which eventually split and became "limp". The metal plates work well even in a thick case however I have to be careful about placement as they can interfere with wireless charging. I bought a MagSafe case but it does not hold at all. Based on how the magnets are arranged, it barely grabs onto the metal ring. A simple redesign where the plate is larger and the magnets placed in a circle instead of a rectangle would fix that, I think. Overall, I am happy with it but it was a bit of a challenge. Too bad it does not have a built-in wireless charger but my car has a USB port so no big issue.

Die Halterung hält während der Fahrt bombenfest und durch die mittige Platzierung meines CD Spielers im Auto, auch perfekt positioniert. Einziger Negativer Punkt ist das die Schraube zum einstellen etwas hässlich aussieht aber damit kann man leben.

It’s a product which is very stable and doesn’t rattle like other phone holders which I had in the past. The only drawback (mine is 2017 Fortuner) is that it covers the multimedia screen.

This is the third brand of CD slot phone holder I have tried and it is by far the best I've used. The magnet makes it very simple to attach and detach, and it is strong enough to hold the phone very securely. The CD slot grip is sufficiently deep and is adjusted by a screw so can be made very tight. Perfect for a car like the Fiat Panda, where you cannot use the vents to mount a phone holder. Recommend!

Après avoir essayé une multitude de supports téléphone différents, celui-ci est le seul qui me dure dans le temps. L’attache sur l’emplacement CD est très pratique. Utilisé avec un iPhone, l’aimant est assez puissant pour tenir le téléphone avec sa coque.
