Definitely worth getting these for expressing on the go. I was struggling with the electric breast pump and also found it difficult to be confined to sitting down to use it. These can be used in the car, out and about or just while you are doing jobs! Comfy to wear and easy to use - don't need to spend lots of money on one of the expensive ones out there!!

I ordered this pump last Friday 21st of September on next day delivery after finally being given a discharge date as for when me and my newborn daughter could leave hospital, after reading many good reviews I thought this electronic brest pump would be the one for us doing all the same things as the high street brands but at a fraction in the price however when arriving home fromHospital yesterday evening and taking the product out of the packaging I soon realised the electronic part of the pump is not bound together properly and causing leaking when using the product! I tried try to fix this issue myself by squeezing the side but didn’t want to cause any further damage and was felt deflated and very upset as I haven’t been able to express for my baby as planned, spending two weeks hospital with complications to then come home hoping not to have anymore but then this is very disappointing, as an hormonal first time single mum this is a massive push back to my breast milk journey. Reason for such a negative review is because I have searched and searched and searched and there isn’t anywhere for me to contact seller and also tells me I’m unable to return

Been using it for around 2 weeks now and love it

After using a pump that required mains electricity and pumping 5 x per day, these are an absolute game changer! Being able to pump and move around has saved my mental health!! The pumps are amazing, the charge lasts me around 10 x 20min pumps and they charge in a couple of hours. They’re easy to wash and sterilise and are so slim I can easily drive and pump at the same time (or chat to neighbours and pump without them being too noticeable!).The customer service is incredible! After one of my cups developed a crack, they sent me a new one free of charge and actually tried to root cause why it cracked for future users. Recommend these to everyone!! There’s no way I’d still be pumping if I hadn’t found these!

I purchased the jhellbay doubke electric breast pump yesterday. I love the product its great but unfortunately one of the pumps does not pump at all. I tested this by using the same pump on both breasts the faulty one did not bring out any milk (this was done for 20 minutes). The good one almost within 2 minutes is bringing out the milk on the same settingI did this test twice, and unfortunately it seems one of the pumps is faulty.Could you please support on this. The machine turns on, also does have the pumping motion but does nothing on the breast.Update: support on this was amazing. Jennifer from the support team helped me with the issues I was having. Highly recommended company to purchase from as you know you are in good hands.

I had my baby girl on the 11th November and was loving this pump for the first two weeks. However, the pumps then started leaking while being wore and I noticed the plastic containers were cracked. I am still able to use one pump (although it does leak) but the other is completely unusable. Disappointed as I was loving the results I was getting with this pump. I was careful with washing and sterilising so I’m unsure how this has happened. For the price I expected longer use from these.

These pumps are brilliant when they both work! I've had them for around 1 month, and they have been brilliant, great levels of suction and seems to have helped with supply (used these from around week 2 of breastfeeding). The noise level of the machines aren't amazing (I wouldn't feel comfortable pumping out and about) but for the price I wouldn't complain at all. Unfortunately though, one of the containers have started leaking as the seal has gone at bottom - not ideal! And I'm struggling to contact the seller, please can I request some assistance with this please as trying to pump one side at a time with a 6 week old is very difficult!Please can I request support for a replacement container for one of the pumps please? The seal has gone already after only 1 months of use which has caused numerous leaks until I found out what the problem was! Awaiting response and struggling to contact the seller!

Absolutely brilliant pump. Easy to use, does what it’s supposed to do and it saved my breast feeding journey. I couldn’t t breast feed directly due to baby’s poor latch. So I was exclusively pumping and feeding.I was apprehensive of doing this as I had horrible experience with pumping with my 1st baby. But this pump is so good I wish I had this first time around.Highly efficient to use- however I recommend using it for 30min cycles instead of 20 min cycles set as default on the pump.Easily wearable and lightweight . However remember to wear a good fitting bra with support when using pump. Though it’s small it still looks bit bulky under the clothes.Cleaning - easy to clean but the air chamber can be a bit fiddly to put back together. You will get used to doing it more quickly with time.Customer service- absolutely amazing. I had a slight technical issue in the beginning and customer service was so quick to resolve it. They are always in hand to help.Overall- it’s well worth the money. Does the job well and a Bargain compared to the other overpriced brands on the market.
