Not going to try and sell you on the benefits of Resveratrol, if you’ve purchased this, you likely already know them. In terms of Simply Pure Resveratrol, the strength is good. At £20.25 (at the time of writing this review) for 60 capsules, it works out to about £0.34 per capsule per day if you take one per day. However, the label recommends taking two capsules daily, which brings the cost to around £0.68 per day. It’s not the cheapest option and can start to add up over time and works out more costly than I normally pay.Capsule size: The capsules are very large. I’ve been taking them with a full glass of water each time, and the size doesn’t bother me personally. However, I know some people might find it uncomfortable to swallow.

These are easy enough to consume and as per the tub have various potential benefits including potent antioxidant, anti-inflammatory, heart health and joint support. I am taking for all of these, however mostly as a powerful antioxidant and anti-inflammatory.The capsules are easy enough to swallow, and you take 1-2 per day with meal. With there been 60 capsules per tub, this is a 30-60 day supply.And as an added bonus these are made in the UK which is a big bonus. I'd recommend them.

At £20.25 for 60 (a 30 days supply if taking 1000mg per day) the simply pure Resveratrol offers good value for money although I've seen quite a few 99% pure Resveratrol suppliments from various brands for very similar prices. The capsules are well packaged, long dated expiry and are easy to swallow, although I've deducted one star for the fact that whilst the sales blurb claims they are HACCP certified, the latter's logo is nohwere to be seen on the box and ditto, I'm somewhat confused that whilst they claim to be made in the UK, the box states "produce of China".

This bottle of 60 Trans-resveratrol capsules are to be taken at a dose of 1-2 tablets per day, but it was not really clear from the bottle if 500mg was from 1 tablet or 2. Trawling through the Amazon page it says it is per tablet so gives a 30 - 60 day supply depending on your needs. The other confusing thing is that they say made in the UK on the front of the bottle but then on the back say produce of China. So which is it? On the plus side they contain no artificial fillers, binders or other additives and the capsules are easy to swallow.Overall these are an average price for this type of supplement, cheaper if you get them on subscribe and save but personally I'd want some clarity over where they are really made before getting them again.

They are vegan, gluten free, have no additives or fillers, GM free and are HACCP Certified, all of which I welcome.There are 60 capsules and I am taking two a day, therefore this pot will last me two months and I feel that is long enough to decide if these will help ease joint pain. I have been taking them for around a week and I do think they are helping a little.

I was recommended Resveratrol by a friend who had found it good for managing some of the symptoms of the menopause. These are standard sized capsules without smell or taste. I’ve been taking one a day in the evening with my meal, and I am happy to report that they seem to be making a difference. I would estimate that they have reduced the frequency of my night time hot flashes by around 80%. I do still have about one or two per night, but before taking these regularly I was having around 10 each night. I notice that if I forget to take a capsule I go back to having the flashes with the old frequency again. I can recommend these.
