Great for tight places...
I have a job where I need to re-finish a handle rail and removing it was not possible. This works surprisingly good. Even though it's a small motor it has decent power. You can apply a good amount of force before it slows down. It comes with sanding pads and the shape allows it to get into tight spaces. Great addition to any DIY arsenal or for professionals.

Pleasantly impressed with the performance and duration of battery life.
The sander comes in a nice box and looks really nice to unpack. I like that it comes to a point at one end to allow you to sand into corners. I used this on 5 boards 1in x 6in x 8ft boards with old paint on them that I was scraping and then sanding smooth. When the sander came with only one battery and a slower charger, I thought it was going to be a problem getting these boards sanded as I was having to use 80 grit sandpaper and heavy pressure (I'm always in a hurry.) to try to get the job done fast. I used the sander fairly heavily for almost an hour and the battery still had some power. The sander and vacuum attachment worked fairly well overall. I would suggest that they make the retainer on the vacuum adapter better as it disconnected about 3 times during the project. I would put the amount of vibration sent into your hand to be that of equivalent quality tools. The only thing I really wish they would have done is included a small bag of some sort to keep the tool, battery, charger, and some sandpaper together. Overall, it is a decent sander at a good price.

It is a nice mouse sander.
You get the sander, 10 pieces of sandpaper, the charger, a dust collection bag, and adapter for a vacuum, and a piggyback charger. The sander itself works great. I've used others, and this one it's just smoother to operate. I've had some that jump around on what you're working on, this one doesn't do that. It also has a detail finger at the front that you can slide out and lock into place for getting into them tight places. If there's any negative, you either have to use their sandpaper, or you could simply modify a standard sanding pad. They are the same shape, but it doesn't have the cut out for the finger. But the shape of a standard mouse sanding pad is the same size as this, the holes are in the places it needs to be, you would just have to cut out for the finger or the piece that extends from the front of the sander. I didn't have anything to sand on for a long time to test the battery life. So with a fully charged battery I turned it on laid it upside down on a towel and let it run to the battery died. That took an impressive 1 hour and 20 minutes, which I thought was great for a two amp hour battery. Granted you're not going to get that kind of life when you're sanding with it, but I'd have to imagine you would get at least half of that which I would consider pretty good for that size battery. It seems well made, feels good in the hand, and performs great. Quite impressed with it..

It sands in tight holes
Now I disassembled this right when I opened the package as usual and I'm not sure if I'm surprised or confused by what I found...I found nothing, im not an expert sander designer so keep that in mind, but I thought there would be a little bit more than the switch, wires to the battery and motor (hidden under the swivel thingy) and a one inch by one inch PCB with two little current diodes (I suspect) but that's it, it just kinda blew my mind, ahh that's what I'm feeling the effects of mind blown. It does feel a little cheap (insides mostly confirmed that) the sander not my mind... but the darn thing can sand some material and well, the little finger extension, yeah we'll go with finger extension it can fit in all the good spots were no sander ever could before, that is of course you can keep the (proprietary sanding pads) from de-hook&looping but it's pretty tough with only one speed setting and that's super uncomfortable ultra fast setting, making it difficult to do any detail work even with the finger extender. I'm not really shure what we have here.

Performs well
Battery charged and tool powered on. It sands the wood. This will do well on detailing smaller width and trim types of material but I would not use it for long and wide boards that I can hand sand far faster, and there are better suited tools for that. So it is good for the small stuff and being cordless is a big plus for that kind of work. The dust collector is not going to do much with that type of use because it cannot pull a vacuum over open air. It's a good special use tool. If you put a value on the finger function the price seems in line with less costly tools that don't have that function.

Sands well, high vibration.
It's a good sander and I like that it's cordless. It's great to not have to manage a cord, especially because I already have to manage the dust collector hose. Speaking of which, like most tools, it's hard to hook together the hoses to use my small dust collectors. The plumbing fitting in the picture worked well to hook it to my Festool vacuum. The sander removes material well and collects dust well unless you are using the finger extension at the front of the sander. The dust from the finger mostly doesn't get collected. The sander vibrates more than my orbital sanders. It would be fatiguing to use for a long time, but for some briefer detail work or to use in a pinch when you need cordless, it's fine.I didn't try using the dust collector bag because when I turned the sander on, there was very little air coming out the dust port, so I doubt the bag will work well. I prefer to use a vacuum anyway since it works better even if the sander has a good dust removal fan.

Great for tight spots
I am using this to prep the bed of my truck for a bed-liner coating that requires removing rust and scuffing the paint surface to assist bonding. This cordless sander is perfect for getting down into the bed grooves and tight corners around the box rails. I suggest wearing ear protection and dust mask. The dust collector gets a lot of the dust but nothing can catch it all. This is a good tool at a good asking price. No regrets.
