I ordered this for my boyfriend for christmas and he immediately started using it! He said he could immediately feel it working in his shoulders and upper back. Now he takes it to the gym and shows all his gym friends!

Good product , just wish it was more sturdy other than being plastic , I don’t feel it much in the back , but other than that , I really like it , easy to set up , easy to put away . I like how it’s easy on the wrist and I do feel the work out on chest , triceps, and shoulders. Also good to use bands for other work outs

My grandson loves to work out and has a small area to work in. This will be a hit since he will be able to use it other than just a simple push up

The board concept works great but the board is made so cheaply it moves when you do pushups on it. The handles also are hard to fit in the holes and once they are in they are even harder to pull out. You have to stop your pushups every time you want to switch the positions of the handles and it becomes a whole other workout.

Bought this for my son for Christmas. He loves it, helped build upper strength.

It was fun at first, but the grips aren't comfortable and start hurting quite a bit after awhile. Would be good for a beginner, but the grips need more padding.

This board motivates me to push up more frequently and effectively. The only drawback is that the handles hurt my palms. Now I always use it with gloves on. Still, totally recommended!
