SR SUNTOUR SP12 NCX Suspension Seat Post with Protective Cover 27.2X350mm,Black

Got this suspension seat post for my cyclocross bike to help with arthritis issues in my back and neck. Very happy with how easy it was to install and most importantly ability to dial in and lock in my saddle position fore/aft and especially tilt. Got the Kinekt suspension seat post for another bike first and really like it as well but went with the Suntour for the cyclocross as got good reviews as well and wasn't as concerned with weight as the Suntour is heavier, but much less expensive. With the Kinekt you can adjust the suspension in much more detail, so not sure if I just am fortunate, but the Suntour's suspension out of the box was dialed in great for me. Would definitely recommend the Suntour, again, especially if watching cost and OK with the additional weight.

I live in a rural area with bad roads and uneven trails. As such, I was often uncomfortable on my ebike, even with an upgraded comfort seat. Well, I got this seat post and was immediately pissed off that I wasted years riding my ebike without one. I expected it to help, but not nearly as much as it does. It's incredible how much smoother it makes the ride. I'm a heavy guy (200lbs) and this handles my weight no problem (it's adjustable for comfort). Best money I have spent on a bicycle upgrade. If you're on the fence, fall off on the side of purchasing, you won't regret it. On a side note, I initially ordered the wrong size and the return went smoothly. Happy cycling.

通勤時の疲労対策に購入(路面が悪いところが多い)フィジークアリオネのサドルでシートポスト交換前と交換後を確認した。乗った瞬間も特に変わらず、漕いでいる最中も違和感無し。でも巡航時に軽くサドルに体重を乗せている時にしっかり振動を吸収してくれてとても乗り心地がよかった。基本的に段差は腰を逃がしてサドルに体重を載せないように意識していますが、不意の段差等でしっかり効果を発揮してくれるのでとても良い商品です。ロードバイクに使うには重い商品ですし、重心が上になるのでおすすめはしません。サドルと合わせると1kg近く増えてしまいます。クロスバイク、ミニベロなどのスポーツサイクルだけど、走りも乗り心地も大事にしたいという方におすすめです。タイヤの太いMTB系は効果実感できなさそうです。この商品でも乗り心地悪い、お尻が痛いという人は間違いなくセッティングが合っていないのでお店に相談してください。

I've used it on several rides now, and it takes out the sharp bumps that use to sometimes have my rear end come up off the seat! Very glad I have this suspension seat post, allowing for a more comfortable ride on my e-bike.

I like the way it keeps my lower back and tail bones from hurting even after a 60 mile 6-hr ride. This is worth every penny. I also liked the simple setup and easy installation. I wish it were lighter (carbon version?) and in my case it does push the limit of rideable height that my 62 cm frame allows. It is a tall piece of kit, make sure you have enough space between the rails and top of seat tube to fit it.
