This product is good but don't keep on u r tongue sometimes it may interact with u r taste buds ,better mix with a little quantity of water and cansume it .just a suggestion

It tastes so bad, rather mix it in water and try, not sure of it nootropic effects yet, but I started feeling alert sure but had a very weird headache, p.s i regularly take caffine pills 200 mg, so it's not new to me.
