Simple and effective, feels a bit lightweight but fine.

On the face of it this is a good simple access hatch for covering up some utility lines/pies etc.However even before mounting it seems this panel is sagging under its own weight and doesn't open smoothly due to a bow in the door.Another fascinating choice is the aesthetic curved lines in the door & frame - so much so that I initially thought mine was cracked or badly moulded until I realied this line appeared all around the piece, I'd prefer a minimising design & approach but each to their own I guess.Nothing horrible to say here, it's perfectly fine for an occasionally accessed hatch panel.

I chose this for a project I am going to do when the weather gets better. I am building a box around my outside tap and this will be the door. I know it will fit as the box will be tailored to this cover!This is quite sturdy, well built out of good quality plastic and has a door that is easily opened but stays firmly shut when closed.I would certainly consider getting a larger one to replace my loft hatch cover as, in the right size, this would be absolutely perfect.The price also seems to me to be very fair.
