5 STARS if price is the main consideration.As a 6'1" someone with a bad back, this thing takes way too much back to raise up...again, if price is the main concern, i feel like it's a 5.Once raised to it's highest position, there is noticeable eccentricity when typing (monitors shake noticeably).again, if price is the main concern, i feel like it's a 5.i'm giving it a 3 as i am experiencing slight buyers remorse, had i known it would take the amount of effort to raise it up and that it was slightly shaky, i would have spent more money on an electric one.......HOWEVER, if you're looking for a inexpensive standing/sitting desk convertor, this thing is pretty sweet... and for the price, it's hard to complain.if you just want to stand at your desk, then this thing is AMAZING. if you've got a bad back, spend more money.

Very strong, sturdy product. Metal hardware makes it heavy, but it is well- built. The life of the struts are unknown of course, but right now, the desk lifts pretty much by itself when you squeeze the two side handles. Lowering requires a little pressure downward from the user, but nothing of note. I suggest a strong, sturdy table to place this on.

I use this at work and love having the option to sit or stand throughout the day. It is sleek, stylish and very sturdy. However, after some use, I removed the keyboard tray. Being short, the tray made me stand a little too far away to raise the unit comfortably. It works better for me this way because in the lowered position, the keyboard was too high for me. I still love it and am thrilled with the purchase!

This is heavy. Had the maintenance guy set up. Absolutely love it. It is awkward to lift until you get the hang of it. Holds both my monitors, sturdy, doesn't move or shake. Now everyone in our company wants one.

Easy setup a couple of screws and its a done deal. I have two larger screens on the desk and its a breeze to raise and lower. I've purchased 4 different stand-up units for my office this is one of the best.
