Really pretty color! Easy to use!
I went from using all gel polish to do my nails to trying out poly gel and I really like using them together! When I do a fill, I file off any lifted product and my color, but not down to the nail bed. Then I use a little base coat, cure, then put on a little bead of poly gel. I find it a lot more easy to work with than just using builder gel, because it's more viscous and doesn't run into my cuticles. It's still tough for me to get the poly gel perfectly smooth, so I do my best with a brush and slip solution, cure, file if there's any weird ridges or mistakes, then do a medium thick layer of builder gel on top to perfectly level it out. This is the result! I'm able to get it nice and thin and less blobby than when I have tried to work with builder gel alone. This color is really pretty on its own, barely pinky with a little glitter, but it also makes a great base to let bright colored gel polishes on top, shine. The tube is quite large too so I imagine I'll be using it for a long time!

Great for learning, a little soft
So I started doing my nails myself during covid. Started with press on nail kits and full cover glue on nails. Recently I bought polygel because I thought it looked cool and could give me a much longer lasting manicure. That’s was about a month and a half ago. I’ve done 4 sets if nails since I started using polygel and I get better every time. It takes some practice and sometimes the first coupld nails don’t turn out perfect. I’m completely self taught and watch tutorials but mostly just learned by doing. This stuff was a great size for how much it costs. About twice as much or more than most kits give. Fairly easy to work with, but can get pretty soft if you aren’t careful.I liked this color a lot, natural pink, and I’ve gravitated more and more towards soft pinks lately with polygel than in the past. It’s a cute and neutral color that looks elegant without being too in my face. I like it because the pink is subtle enough but still very pretty.Keep in mind these pictures are both a single layer cured and then several layers of top coat plus the rhinestones. If you built up the layers the color may be more opaque, and mine tend to be fairly thin, just how I like my nail to be, but it could potentially be a stronger color.Overall I’d recommend to anyone looking to start doing their own nails. It’s cheap, can be fairly easy, but takes some practice. I use dual forms or poppits and have yet to try paper forms and sculpting. Just make sure you have the right base and top coats to cure with. I use 75%+ Isopropyl alcohol in lieu of slip solution, since it’s cheap and easy to buy at a drug store. Works great. Lots of patience with polygel, so not for those who aren’t willing to put in the work to learn how to use it.

Blue and pink for dual forms only
Not grey but blue. Very stiff polygel which I enjoyed for brush application, but doesn’t do well with filing on top, leaves white powdery marks that don’t disappear with top coat.. making this more useful for dual forms with filing underneath instead of on top.Super durable, much harder than what I’m used to.

Consistency is thick but overall a solid product when used correctly!
Ive been using the Beetles Builder Gel in the regular polish bottle with the brush but it was tough to use in that container so when I ran out I purchased this one and transferred it into a pot so I could easily dip my brush in. I highly recommend transferring it into a small pot with a tight lid if you’re not going to be squeezing it directly from the tube. The consistency is really thick so every time I use it I set the pot in a small bowl of hot water to help it soften and be easily spread. The quality is great, especially for the size and price of the tube! I use it mainly to “extend” my nails when I have a couple that are shorter than the rest and it works perfectly for that and lasts a long time. I apply in three layers and cure for 60s between each. It’s very sticky once applied, which is expected, so I wipe the nail with polish remover after curing for the last time. It’s sturdy enough after curing that you can really file it without worrying about breakage. When I have time I’ll also apply a thin layer to all of my nails before using gel color polish since it minimizes chipping and helps the nails remain strong and sturdy. I also recommend using this after applying nail dehydrator, primer, and base coat.I am a huge fan of Beetles products and super happy with this purchase!

Not beginner friendly
the product is okay , I’m trying to get into polygel from being an acrylic nail tech and since using this product it has only been runny. I definitely wouldn’t suggest this for beginners as the polygel definitely will move around way more quickly it’s not as firm which could be a plus for experienced polygel techs but it definitely wasn’t worth purchasing to begin the journey of learning I would suggest something a little more stiff and not so translucent (this was a pop off set in the photos as well)

Weird rubbery material
Not a fan od this one. I've been doing my own nails for years now and have tried most of the major polygel brands. Decided to give this one a go, and just finished my first set of nails with it. It will be my last. It's not like all the other polygels I've used - this one is a weird texture, almost rubbery. Takes a LOT longer in the lamp to cure it than all the others, so that's annoying. Once it was cured and I used my nail file to shape and clean my nails, it trashed a brand new nail file after just one hand because the rubbery material junks up the grit on the file. The end product looks okay but I'm not super confident they'll last anywhere near as long as all the others, we'll see. Once I was done I threw the rest of the bottle into the trash. Don't recommend.

Amazing
I have been doing Polygel nails for years and have tried at least 10 different polygel brands from Amazon. Gellen has been my favourite for years but The last three tubes of clear i’ve ordered have been white and not clear so I’ve had to send them back. I’m so happy to find Beetles brand, it’s extraordinary! It goes on like butter, Super easy to work with and great self-leveling. It also files like a dream. The clear is the clearest I’ve ever used and is perfect for Jelly gel colours. I will definitely be ordering Beetles from now on! Their top coat is also amazing. Sooooo happy 🏆⭐️

Seems drier and harder to manipulate than the smaller bottles
The adhesion and the colour of these gels is great for a non-pro brand. I find that polygel actually lasts much longer for me than gel. But I bought a kit previously that had several small bottles included, and that was easier to use than this one. You have to squeeze rather hard to get it out of the bottle and I have only used it once. I would not buy an individual tube from this brand again.

Fantastic Clear Poly Gel
Honestly - perfect clear poly gel! I tried another brand that was cheaper - but you get what you pay for. This gel was extremely easy to and manipulate with slip/rubbing alcohol. Cured for 60-90s!
