Very disappointed. bought this box for convenience but caused more work. Packets have items missing, items described on the cards to Place out were not there and complete packeted resources are often faulty. My example: red puffs for noses. Sticky circles were so dry even after taking the backing off they continually fell off. Not enough resources- hot tub puff activity- 5 puffs provided 🤷‍♀️ penguin activity- directed to place finishing flag in elf hand- wasn’t provided

Lots of items missing from the box, no arrival letter, no chequered flag for the penguin races and there’s a complete activity missing to name a just a few

A fun product for those busy parents who did not have to worry about elves on shelves. Lots of variety just open a bag and go. No missing items in our kit may last more than a year with a little imagination

nice idea, but the majority of the items aren't really very useful and unfortunately it seems that the cards that come with it are poorly translated.I've reverted to googling ideas in a mild panic the night before, seems to work well.

The 'magic snow' did nothing, the kids were so disappointed after putting some cheap plastic in water and expecting something to happen. Some of the instructions don't make any sense.This product has lost some of the elf magic thus year. I would try to get a refund but I used 3 days before I realised.

Several things missing from this kit ie. Marsh mallows, Pinata stick and checkered flag. Various items missing that are shown on picture. Very disappointed overall!

Lots of different items here to use and have fun with.Decent value for money.

Lots of missing things. For example there's one day that has 2 penguins. It says on the note to place the checked flag in the elves hand. There is no checked flag in the box. This is only one example.
