These are terrific!! So....I always keep, Grips, Ropes, Caribiner Clips, Bands etc....in my gym bag. I despise searching the entire gym for these items and wasting time waiting for others to finish. One day someone had these grips in the gym and I had the opportunity to try them and really loved them. The hand placement is terrific and I feel like they support your grip and hand in the most perfect way that allows you to focus on the muscles you are focusing on during the exercise. They are not expensive for the terrific way in which they are constructed and the quality really is excellent! I would highly recommend these and as a matter of fact they also make a tricep version for push downs that I use as well and train abs with crunches as well. Wonderful products.. Give them a try.
