These are really nice quality, solid proofing boxes and are nice enough looking that they can also be used to store and serve prepared foods- such as a variety of salads for a barbecue. I also use them for holiday cookies. The size is great for the refrigerator vs larger proofing boxes that take up too much horizontal space. My only issue I wanted to mention is that for our pizza dough recipes, we usually get 6 dough balls and this size really is best for 4 dough balls. Just wanted to mention that because we generally use 2 of the boxes for 1 batch vs 1 box as other products advertised may fit. Overall, I love them regardless because of the high quality and ability to use for other purposes.

Great for making pizza dough and keeping the dough moist. After forming final size dough balls, these are great for letting the dough rise before cooking. Remember to keep the lid on to prevent dough drying out some while you make the pizzas.

I did quite a bit of research for the very best rated dough proofers. I was looking for great quality but didn't necessarily need commercial grade. LUVCOSY containers did not disappoint! I specifically liked their sizing as I have a family of four and plan to use only one container for proofing (it fits four pizza dough balls nicely). I also liked the option of having a second container in case I was having a larger group and wanted to make a double batch.When the containers arrived, I was pleasantly surprised how sturdy and well-made they were, along with the thickness. I also like the clean, modern design. I can tell these products were well thought out when they were being designed. The nice packaging also says they take pride in their product. One reviewer says the lids “snap” into place. That is not accurate. They do not snap on. Snapping lids should not be a concern as these proofers are not meant for carry or travel. The lids fit SNUGGLY and definitely seal, keeping your proofer airtight, which is what you want as they are meant for proofing dough on your countertop or storing in your refrigerator. I also love that they that fit inside each other for storage, taking up less space in my cabinet. The containers also are very easy to clean. I hand wash mine to keep them in pristine condition. I would definitely recommend to anyone! VERY HAPPY. Thank you!

First, they are stronger than I expected. They also fit perfectly in 1/2 of my counter depth refrigerator.They stack exceptionally well (when not being used) and I find myself using the lid as a tray on my scale during dividing and balling dough, then putting the balls in the tray itself. An unexpected benefit is the lid weighs exactly the same as the tray, so it's very easy to tare the scale! It's also a great mixing/stretch & fold container.I REALLY love these trays!

These are really nice dough proofers... Great size! Perfect for what I was looking for. I love to make Ciabatta and these are perfect. Nice big square and very sturdy but not real heavy! Great seller with lightning fast delivery and packaged soooo well! I would definitely purchase these again!

Works exactly as expected. The only thing I don't like is when I put it in the dishwasher there is a lip on the container so when it's upside down it does catch a little bit of the water.

These are great. Works so well to proof you dough. As well as carry/store your pizza or breads.

Perfect when you are making a couple recipe of sourdough and want to do it in two singles.Quality of these boxes are very good, lightweight but still substantial and not flimsy. Worth the buy.
