I bought this insole for my Asics running shoes because I was having a lot of pain in my calves and Achilles tendons. The insole is made of good quality gel, and gives great cushioning. The markings for cutting it to fit your foot size are perfect. It's been 5 months and it's still performing great. I would highly recommend this product for anyone looking for an insole for running shoes.

For me it looks like every other gel insole with a fabric. It fits well in my Asics shoe and it absorbs shock okayish. I am an advanced badminton player, so but it's been doing its job. But it adds weight, feels like a good 200 gm so don't think it's lightweight. Been using only for a week but I'll update if it's degraded noticeably
