If I could give more than 5 stars for this Vitamin C complex supplement, I would. It not only contains 1000mg of Vitamin C, which is over 1100% of the recommended daily intake, but it also contains the bioflavenoids which help the body to absorb the nutrients and put it to use. It doesn't matter how much C is in the pill if the body doesn't have a way to take it in - and this supplement has those ingredients as well. In addition to those ingredients, this supplement contains other natural herbs and extracts to help with overall physical well-being. Although the pill is a little large, I do not have trouble taking it and I appreciate that the recommended daily dose is only 1. This is a fantastic value of 3 months supply for a great source of Vitamin C.

A good sugarless source of vitamin c, and great that it requires only 1 tab per day.This tab helps me avoid the citric acid in most high vitamin C beverages.

The Vitamistic Vitamin C complex contains 1000 mg of Vitamin C along with a complementary herbal blend in each dose. The herbs are those that are thought to boost the immune system so they will complement the vitamin C.You'll note from my photos that the packaging provides two tamper resistant/evident seals. There is a shrunken clear plastic seal that must be cut or broken to remove the cap. Once the cap is removed there is a second seal that must be peeled away to access the contents. The capsule shaped tablets are solid and reasonably smooth making them easy to swallow for their size. As for the size - Vitamin C is taken in doses that are physically larger than most other vitamins which means that vitamin C supplements will always have a large form factor.

Vitamin C and Rose Hips is a staple for my general immune health. This particular supplement is really very reasonably priced and cheaper than what is available at my local pharmacy. I've been taking it for about a month now and haven't noticed any bad things, and I've managed to avoid my kids germs so far too! I'm happy overall!

I usually prefer my Vitamin C in chewable tablets ... I do like that sweet sour treat and feel also it may have some effect on a sore throat ...but I was out of my usual brand and decided to order the Vitamistic product .... first I must say that this arrived very nicely sealed and freshly dated ...with at least two years before the expiration date ... the thing that I like best about this particular supplement is that it includes a herbal blend along with the vitamin C ... I especially appreciate the inclusion of tumeric ... the tablets are rather large but went down easily ... so I'm pleased with the product...like it's good ingredients ... and I'd happily recommend to others ...

I have been taking 1000mg of Vitamin C every day for several years now. Most of the ones available at the box stores are iffy at best - either they are chewables (not a fan), or a bleached white tablet that looks like everything else. This was packaged well (no breakage), and appears to be a natural product - I feel more comfortable taking something like this. Tablets are not too large to swallow. I do prefer Vitamin C with Rose Hips whenever possible, and this will fill the bill.

These vitamins have helped me boost my immune system and feel more energetic. The citrus bioflavonoids add a nice flavor and also enhance the absorption of vitamin C. I take one capsule every morning and I can see the difference in my skin and mood. This is the best vitamin C complex I have ever tried!
