I got this to wear with my morning cardio. I usually drop my waist by an inch right after using this. I have maintained my waist around 27 inches (down from 30 inches) since using this. I'm 5'8" about 145lbs right now. This is the best waist trainer for working out I have ever used. I think it is much more comfortable than other ones I have used in the past. If I use this with my cardio I do use this with vasoburn, fyi.

love the material and how it snatches your waist in. You get a good sweat also. Fits great but may need to size up because it pokes out when you sit.

This trainer is great! It has bones so it doesn’t roll at the top or the bottom. The trainer also have the extra support wrap for your waist and that Velcro is top tier! The inside is truly a Suana and will help you sweat out all those toxins that get stuck. The trainer also has a zipper instead of the clamps so this trainer is actually comfortable enough for daily wear.

I love this product and use it everyday I go walking. I sweat a lot and it sucks me in as I need it too. It helps with my back posture as well. Will purchase another soon as this one is getting a bit loose.

The rods came out and it was barely used. The band kept rising which made it uncomfortable.
